In order to exhibit at 2010 Holiday in Smoke Rise, you will need to do the following:
1.  Read and sign the contract (link to contract is below)
2.  Fill out the vendor application form (link to the form is below)
3.  Send completed application and signed contract with payment to the SRE Foundation


New this year:
1.  Exhibitors selling any resale/manufactured items (without customization by the exhibitor) must pay a $25 premium (added to the total price).  Discounts for handcrafter/handmade items were available for early applications for a limited time.  They are no longer available.
2.  We are now offering standard, half, and whole classroom spaces.  The "standard" is an 8'x10' space in a classroom that is shared with 2-3 other exhibitors (depending on the size of the classroom).  Standard pricing is $175.  A "half" space provides half of a classroom, with estimated dimensions of approximately 8'x16' (or two standard spots).  A "whole" space guarantees exhibitors a classroom all to themselves.  Classrooms vary in size, but the dimensions for a "whole" space are estimated at 16'x20'.  This year, we are offering a limited number of 8'x5' hallway spaces for $125.  "Standard" hallway spots are 16'x5' and $175.    
3.  We have not issued an application deadline.  However, we are not opening the gym this year; so, signficantly fewer spaces are available for sale.  (Last year we sold more than 175 spaces - and we estimate capacity at about 150-155 standard spaces this year.)  If you are a return exhibitor, we will guarantee your space until September 1, 2010.
